Wayne happened to be in East Texas when we needed warranty work on our '23 Alliance Paradigm 370FB. Communication before hand was excellent and he arrived early for our appointment. In just 1.5 hours he had fixed the 3 issues that we needed help with and actually went ahead and installed new batteries for me which I had planned on doing after he left. Honest! Rocking B Mobile RV has a high set of Morals. I explained my issue to Wayne. He asked for pictures and videos. He made his initial diagnosis and said a mobile RV shop could not handle that repair. My slide out H bracket is broke at the weld and the slide has to be dropped. He recommended a shop that can handle it. Wayne could have looked at the pictures and video and still came out to charge me a service charge for something he knew he had a good chance of not being able to fix. As a retired business owner who focused on customer service, I was blown away by Wayne's willingness to help me out. A malfunctioning slide out was my problem. After describing the issue to Wayne over the phone, he confirmed my need for a whole new slide system. He told me how to measure the slide, how to find the part label for manufacture date, and to question Lippert on warranty coverage. He knew the parts wouldn't be available on time for him to do the job, so he said there was no need for him to come out to our site and saved us the service call. Wayne did a great job with a number of warranty issues on my Winnebago trailer, despite receiving less than stellar support from the Winnebago customer service. He fixed a balky front door, a broken recliner, and a stuck grey tank valve. He showed and explained to me exactly what he was doing, so if the problem should resurface again I would be able to handle it. Highly recommend, will definitely use him again in the future.
